Good to know
Who posts the properties?
Estate agents, building developers and property management companies listed on Cyprus Atlas. Each property shows the agency, with its phone and a message form.
Is the rent shown per month?
Yes. A rent is the monthly price; a sale price is the asking price.
How do I ask about a property?
Call the agency from the property page, or send a message: it goes to the agency by email and they answer you directly.
I am an estate agent. How do I list properties?
Claim your business listing, then add properties from your owner dashboard. It is free.
Should I pay a deposit before viewing?
No. Never pay anything before you have seen the property and checked who owns it or represents it.
Properties are posted by the agencies themselves and checked before they show. Cyprus Atlas is not an estate agent; the agency answers for its listing.
