How it works
- 1Set up onceIn your business area, open Products. Give the bank account we pay you on and agree to the selling terms. It takes two minutes.
- 2Add what you sellA name, a price, a description and a photo. Say what it is: a product, a service, a booking, a voucher, a ticket, a course.
- 3It is checked, then it is liveEvery new or changed product is checked before it appears, usually within a minute. You get an email either way.
- 4A customer buys, you are paidThe customer pays by card on your page. You are told at once, and we send you the amount less 9% by bank transfer.

Some things are always looked at by a person before they appear: alcohol, tobacco, medicines, and anything that needs a licence. Illegal goods and offers that cannot be true are refused.
The terms, in full
These are the terms you agree to before your first product. They are also in our Terms of Service.
- 1Our fee is 9% of each saleWe keep 9% of the whole amount the customer pays, delivery included, as a processing fee. Nothing is charged when nothing is sold.
- 2You are paid 3 to 4 days after the purchaseThe money does not arrive at once. We send what you are owed to your bank account by transfer, 3 to 4 days after each purchase.
- 3Every product is checked firstA new or changed product appears on the site only after it has been checked. We may refuse or remove a product that is not allowed, not honest or not yours to sell.
- 4You are the sellerYou deliver what was bought, deal with returns and refunds as the law requires, and are responsible for your prices, your VAT and your receipts.
- 5Refunds and disputesWhen an order is refunded or disputed by the customer, its amount is taken off what we owe you.
Questions
Do I need a paid plan?
No. Every listing can sell, free ones too. A sponsorship puts your business at the top of its category; it is a separate thing.
When do I get my money?
By bank transfer, 3 to 4 days after each purchase, to the IBAN you gave. The money does not arrive at the moment of the sale.
What is the 9% charged on?
On the whole amount the customer pays, delivery included. It covers the card payment and running the shop.
What if a customer wants a refund?
You are the seller, so returns and refunds are yours to handle as the law requires. A refunded order is taken off what we owe you.
Why was my product not approved?
The email tells you why. Change the product and save it again, and it is checked again. If you think it is a mistake, reply to that email.
Is my IBAN safe?
It is stored encrypted and shown back to you only in part. It is used for one thing: paying you.
