Eliofotou Zinieris & Stasis Partners MELTEC is a group of professional qualified Engineers, Designers, Draftspersons, and Office Personnel operating from our established office in Cyprus, as Mechanical and Electrical Consulting Engineers since 1992 when the company was founded by Kyriacos Zinieris and Savvas Eliofotou.
