Gevsicleous

Gevsicleous is a Cypriot restaurant in Nicosia that cooks favourite dishes in the traditional way of the owners' grandmother and mother, baking many meals in a traditional Cypriot oven. It uses fresh, pure Cypriot ingredients, and the menu changes daily as cooks experiment with new ways of preparing food.
