Rois Nicolaides and Associates (Chartered Surveyors and Valuers) Ltd and Rois Nicolaides and Associates (Estate Agents) Ltd were established in April 1988 by Mr. Rois Nicolaides, Dip. G.S., A.C.I.Arb., M.Sc. (Urban Land Appraisal), F.R.I.C.S, after leaving the post of Minister of Communications and Works and after having served in the Department of Lands and Surveys for 33 years, from the post of Valuer, to the posts of Senior Land Valuation Officer and Director of the Department.
