The Big Book of Little Creatures: Children's Musical Theatre in Nicosia

"The Big Book of Little Creatures" is a brand-new children's musical theatre production in Nicosia, Cyprus, running every Sunday from October to December 2026 at Dionysos Theatre. Produced by Dionysos Theatre and Urban Production E.A., this 75-minute show blends original songs, laughter, and adventure for young audiences aged 4 and up. Ticket prices start from €15.

What to expect

Deep inside a sewing box — among spools like hills, needles like lances, and fabrics like skies — lives little Nora, a Zumblunell: a tiny, human-like creature who sees the world through eyes bigger than herself. When an explorer ladybird named Nitsa arrives in search of the perfect protagonist for her Big Book of Little Creatures, followed by Koun the mosquito with a thousand stories, and a workaholic Bee who only came for sugar, the lid closes and they all find themselves trapped together.

Through original songs, brave choices, and unexpected friendship, Nora discovers that adventure is not always what you imagine — and that the most magical thing is not where you go, but who you come home with.
