Let's Do It! Cyprus 2026: Island-Wide Clean-Up Week

Let's Do It! Cyprus 2026 is the island's largest voluntary environmental clean-up campaign, organised by Together Cyprus and running from 26 October to 1 November 2026 across the whole island. Schools, businesses, organisations, communities, local authorities, families and groups of friends join forces to clean up beaches, forests, parks, fields and neighbourhoods. Free entry.

Each team chooses its own clean-up location and date within the campaign week. Registration is open until 15 October at 12:00 noon; teams that register early are eligible to receive clean-up materials from the organisers. Comfortable clothing and sturdy footwear are recommended.

Since launching in Cyprus in 2012, the campaign has engaged more than 350,000 volunteers. This year the campaign mascot Mr Papou — a fig tree symbolising resilience, adaptability and Cypriot identity — returns.

Volunteers of all ages are welcome, and there is no need to be based in a specific city. Businesses, organisations, local authorities and community groups can form teams and register their clean-up activity through the official registration page. Those who do not register by the 15 October deadline can contact the organisers, Together Cyprus, directly to ask about alternatives.
