The KEHA Somatic Healing Retreat is a 7-day all-inclusive, trauma-informed somatic retreat in Paphos, Cyprus, from 2 to 8 November 2026. It is hosted in a private sea-view villa and is designed for those ready to reconnect with themselves on a deeper level through nervous system work, emotional healing, inner child work and movement. Organised by Gerly Toomeoja of GLOW with Gerly and KEHA Retreats, it is a small, supportive community experience aimed at embodied, lasting change.
What to expect
The retreat blends deep somatic transformation with rest, island activities and the slow Mediterranean pace of living. Early November in Cyprus remains pleasantly warm, making it an ideal setting for a meaningful change of scenery. The group is intentionally kept small, intimate and high-touch, with personal attention and a close-knit community feel. No prior experience with somatic work is required.
