Investment companies in Limassol

Investment companies manage or hold investments on behalf of clients, ranging from collective schemes and funds to private holding structures. What they offer, and the rules they operate under, vary considerably, so it is important to establish the legal status of the entity, the type of investments involved, and who is responsible for decisions and custody of assets. Useful questions cover fees and how they are charged, reporting frequency, liquidity and exit terms, risk profile, and the complaints or dispute process. Request documents in writing and consider taking independent professional advice before committing funds.
